The actor, who is just back from the first schedule of his upcoming film HAPPY NEW YEAR, has been still riding high with the success of his last blockbuster release CHENNAI EXPRESS, which created the highest box office records worldwide.
As Shahrukh's CHENNAI EXPRESS was based in Chennai, the land of superstar Rajinikanth, the former decided to pay tribute to Rajinikanth in the form of the Thalaiva song, as a mark of respect. SRK once said that the movie would have been incomplete without the Thalaiva song and eventually impressed the Thalaiva Rajinikanth.
Superstar Rajinikanth has been busy shooting for his next movie KOCHADAIYAAN, directed by his daughter Soundarya. The movie also has Deepika Padukone making an appearance in it. Since Shahrukh Khan shares great rapport with both Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone, the actor got to see the first look of KOCHADAIYAAN and immediately praised about it on his micro-blogging site.
